Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to lead our development team in creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React 18, Redux, and integrating with Microsoft .NET Core backends. Proficiency in AWS services and prior experience in the cable industry are highly desirable.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• User Interface Development: Design and implement user-friendly web interfaces using React 18 and Redux, ensuring seamless integration with .NET Core back-end services.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to best practices in front-end development.
• AWS Integration: Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale web applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, maintainable code and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application reliability.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and decisions to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding.

What You'll Need:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• In-depth understanding of React 18 and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries, particularly Redux.
• Familiarity with integrating front-end components with Microsoft .NET Core back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment strategies.
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the cable industry is preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
